Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking talented individuals to join our Production Engineering team as Production Engineers. In this role, you will offer technical expertise and support for processes, production, projects, and process validation, particularly for the Packaging, Distribution, and Maintenance teams.

Your contributions will be essential in evaluating, specifying, and developing automated packaging machinery and distribution systems. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Conducting safety evaluations, appraisals, capability studies, and process validations in compliance with medical device regulations.
  • Implementing process enhancements to optimize productivity, yield, and quality, adhering to change control protocols.
  • Acting as a Change/Project Leader for the aforementioned activities.
  • Providing timely reports against set objectives.
  • Training team members and operational staff as necessary.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for candidates with strong numerical, verbal, and engineering reasoning skills, alongside the following qualifications:

  • A mechanically trained engineer with apprenticeship experience and basic electrical engineering knowledge.
  • Proven experience in leading or participating in validation processes.
  • Experience in authoring and reviewing technical documentation.
  • Strong background in fault diagnosis and root cause analysis of automated systems.
  • Familiarity with budget management.
  • Experience in leading or collaborating within project teams.
  • Knowledge of laser marking, thermal printing, and labeling technologies.
  • Understanding of vision systems and barcode reading technologies.
  • Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
