About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Nurse to join our team at George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust. As a Dental Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our clinicians in delivering exceptional dental services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide close support to clinicians in the Community, Warwickshire Special Care Dental Service, and other clinics throughout Warwickshire.
  • Assist in the delivery of special care dentistry provision for client groups, including those with special care requirements, medically compromised, and phobic or high-risk patients.
  • Support the general anaesthetic and sedation services as required.
Requirements
  • Experience of working within the NHS and as a Qualified Dental Nurse.
  • Working with patients with special care requirements, medically compromised, and phobic or high-risk.
  • National Certificate for Dental Nurses.
  • Registered with the GDC.
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Good negotiation/interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines.
  • Flexible approach.
  • Enthusiastic and motivated with the ability to motivate others.
