About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Lead. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for the daily organisation and supervision of our nursing teams, ensuring the smooth and consistent flow of cases through the hospital.

You will work closely with our technicians, interns, residents, radiology specialists, and fellow nurses on an interesting and varied caseload. This is a rewarding role that will give you the opportunity to use your experience to help support and motivate a team of dedicated and highly skilled nurses while developing your own skills as a leader.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the nursing teams to ensure efficient case flow
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Develop and implement nursing protocols and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to junior nurses and interns
  • Contribute to the development of the nursing team and the hospital as a whole

Requirements
  • Registered Veterinary Nurse qualification
  • Experience in a veterinary referral hospital or similar setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
