Job Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our Audi Dealership in Coventry. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless vehicle handovers, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking customer vehicles for maintenance and repairs, and coordinating with the workshop team to schedule workload
  • Providing a warm welcome to customers, ensuring a smooth experience from drop-off to vehicle handover
  • Updating customers on vehicle progress, authorizing additional work, and making follow-up calls
  • Liaising with the Workshop, Parts, and Sales departments to ensure timely vehicle readiness

About You

  • You will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • A well-presented individual with a strong work ethic, a desire to succeed, and a positive attitude
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering customer satisfaction
  • Good organizational and administrative skills, with knowledge of dealer management systems an advantage
  • Motor trade or automotive experience preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided
