Hours: Full time, 40.25 hours per week. Day and night shifts of 07.15 – 19.30 & 19.15 – 07.30
Salary: £11.44 per hour

We are currently on the lookout for dedicated Care Assistants to join our team, providing support to young individuals and adults facing mental health challenges, learning disabilities, and autism.

Key Responsibilities:
- We seek individuals who are genuinely passionate about supporting others and committed to delivering high-quality care. Ideal candidates will maintain a professional demeanor while fostering relationships with those in our care.
- Assist the senior team in assessing individual needs, planning, delivering, and evaluating care for various individuals or groups, adhering to clinical risk assessment protocols.
- Exercise a reasonable degree of professional judgment to meet the demands of the role.
- Perform clinical tasks as assigned by senior staff, following appropriate training and competency assessments.
- Engage in clinical supervision to enhance skills and practice.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the care process, including family members, to ensure a seamless service.
- Maintain accurate and clear records of care provided, based on care plans and relevant communications.
This list of duties is not exhaustive, and the post holder may be required to undertake additional responsibilities following discussions with their line manager.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Level 2 in Health and Social Care (not mandatory)
- Experience in a care environment (not mandatory)
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with young people and/or adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health issues

We collaborate closely with local healthcare teams, authorities, and community resources to support our tenants in achieving independence and happiness.
