Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team at The Talent Crowd. As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases of residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough searches and investigations to ensure a smooth conveyancing process
  • Prepare and review contracts, deeds, and other legal documents
  • Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders
  • Manage and prioritize multiple files and deadlines
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in conveyancing law and regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Conveyancing Solicitor
  • Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and relevant laws
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
