Are you ready to be part of a renowned catering organization with a legacy of over 80 years in the industry? We are seeking a dedicated Morning Culinary Specialist to enhance our culinary team within the Academy division.
Position Overview
This role involves working Monday to Friday during morning hours, focusing on delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences to our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality and flavor.
- Oversee inventory management and procurement of ingredients.
- Maintain strict health and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
Qualifications
While a food handling certificate is preferred, we are committed to supporting you in obtaining this qualification if you do not have one. Experience in contract catering is advantageous but not mandatory.
Desired Skills
- Ideally possess City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or a Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery (or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to food preparation.
- A genuine passion for culinary arts and service excellence, with the ability to create and prepare high-quality seasonal dishes.
Training and Development
Participation in online training is required to ensure continuous professional growth.
