HR Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our team at New Appointments Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in providing expert advice and guidance on employment law, HR policies, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievances, and sickness absence management.
  • Provide up-to-date advice to employees on employment law and HR policies.
  • Handle the full cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Manage and update in-house systems with employee data, contracts, and performance management.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
Requirements:
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience in HR.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment law, including disciplinaries and grievances.
  • Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other HR software.
Benefits:
