HR Advisor Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our team at New Appointments Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in providing expert advice and guidance on employment law, HR policies, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and resolve complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievances, and sickness absence management.
- Provide up-to-date advice to employees on employment law and HR policies.
- Handle the full cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Manage and update in-house systems with employee data, contracts, and performance management.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience in HR.
- Excellent knowledge of employment law, including disciplinaries and grievances.
- Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other HR software.
- Competitive salary: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
