Lead Sales Growth in a Fast-Paced Apparel Environment

Talent Guardian is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to drive sales growth and lead a team of field sales professionals in the wholesale and export space. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of field sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow the business
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and marketing, to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Analyze sales data to inform decision-making and optimize sales performance
  • Manage sales territories and stockist numbers to ensure optimal coverage and growth
