Job Title: Accommodation Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Accommodation Advisor to join our team at Ingeus. As an Accommodation Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting Service Users gain access to suitable accommodation.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires regular travel to HMP Bullingdon. You will work alongside multiple partner agencies, including the Local Authority, Housing Strategy Teams, and Landlords, to achieve successful housing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments with Service Users to determine the appropriate level of support required
  • Provide intensive support to Service Users on a one-to-one basis and in group settings dependent on need
  • Work with colleagues in partner agencies to achieve successful housing outcomes
Requirements:
  • Experience of working with vulnerable/challenging people, for example, people who have complex needs
  • Case Management experience (i.e., dealing with multiple people, managing their expectations)
