The Opportunity

We're seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Venture Capital Associate. As a key member of our investment team, you'll play a crucial role in getting close to founders, deal sourcing, and founder interviewing, market analysis, and due diligence.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with founders, entrepreneurs, and industry experts;
  • Assist in the evaluation and due diligence process for potential investments;
  • Collaborate with the investment team to develop and implement investment strategies;
  • Provide support to portfolio companies, including introductions to key stakeholders and access to our network.

Requirements

We're looking for individuals with a strong passion for AI and Industry 4.0, and a proven track record of success in a related field. Key qualifications include:

  • Early-stage founder/senior leadership operator startup experience;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work efficiently at pace and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
