Job Overview

Purpose and Scope of the Position

We are looking to enhance our team of public area maintenance attendants to uphold the cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout our facilities. Successful candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring that all public spaces are immaculate and will assist our housekeeping staff as needed.

We offer flexible shift options, including morning and afternoon/evening shifts, as well as weekday and weekend availability.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be tasked with the following duties, ensuring the highest level of service:

  • Maintain cleanliness in all public areas and spa facilities
  • Implement lost property protocols
  • Address customer service inquiries promptly and effectively
  • Safeguard master keys assigned to you
  • Conduct regular deep cleaning tasks, including monthly cleaning and carpet care
  • Report any maintenance concerns to the appropriate department
  • Inspect public restrooms and areas, taking corrective action as needed
  • Adhere to hotel security, fire safety, and health regulations
  • Perform any other reasonable tasks assigned by management
