Job Title: Experienced Litigator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced litigator to join our team at Ask Recruiting Limited. As a litigation solicitor or legal executive with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience, you will have a strong track record of managing cases and clients, working autonomously, and collaborating with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied commercial and civil litigation caseload, including letters before action, drafting advice and opinions, issuing claims, and appearing in court.
  • Develop and implement effective case management strategies to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law, and apply this knowledge to inform your practice.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of post-qualification experience as a litigation solicitor or legal executive.
  • Demonstrable skills in case and client management, with a strong track record of success.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
