About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our growing team at Healix Group of Companies.

The main objective of this role will be to maintain, develop, and enhance the income derived from existing key accounts, utilizing consultative and resourceful methods, along with robust data to substantiate and enhance our offerings and benefit profitably in a competitive market place.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, maintain, and develop key accounts to achieve financial targets.
  • Support and assist in achieving the required financial targets.
  • Develop relationships with the intermediary market to generate incremental income on existing accounts and identify new client opportunities for Healix Group of Companies.
  • Oversee and project-manage the renewal process for defined key accounts, ensuring all internal and external stakeholders are involved and aware of requirements.
  • Retail and develop healthy relationships with all external account owners, generally HR, Finance, and/or procurement teams.
  • Ensure an excellent commercial knowledge of client businesses and sectors, research, and keep up-to-date with any commercial or industry news/changes.
  • Remain topical and ensure a good knowledge of political agendas/focuses, generally, as well as those affecting the healthcare sector and client sectors.
  • Present capabilities to clients through direct communication, virtual and face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, and emails, represent Healix Group of Companies at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Ensure all forms of presentation are tailored to the audience.
  • Use the SBR approved QUIS consultative approach to develop client and intermediary relationships.
  • Support the Head of Client Relationships commercially with marketing activities/initiatives to ensure we remain competitive and gain knowledge within the marketing sector.
Required Criteria:
  • Excellent account management skills with a proven track record of delivering.
  • Capable of hands-on problem-solving, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions.
  • Motivated and hardworking with the ability to stimulate and foster healthy relationships.
