Busy Bees Nurseries is seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team at our Leamington Spa centre. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.
About the Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for ensuring the individual needs of each child are met, including supporting parents with any special educational needs (SEN) or additional support needs (ASN). You will take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and education to children, including supporting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Conduct observations and assessments to inform planning and ensure children's needs are met.
- Develop and implement engaging and challenging activities to promote children's learning and development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and high-quality service.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers to share information about their child's progress and well-being.
