Job Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver imaginative and effective lessons that cater to the individual needs of each child, ensuring they develop the foundational skills that will set them up for future success.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the individual needs of each child in the EYFS.
- Create a welcoming and stimulating classroom environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow.
- Work closely with colleagues and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
- Regularly assess and track the progress of pupils, providing feedback and adapting teaching strategies as needed.
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and development.
