Electrical Technician Position

Are you a motivated electrical technician seeking a rewarding opportunity?

This role offers a great chance to become part of a leading facilities management organization in the UK, working at a prominent site.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

Compensation: £41,000 Plus Excellent Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Disconnect faulty equipment from the power source, perform visual inspections for issues, test mechanical components for defects, identify problem areas, and implement corrective measures.
  • Installation of electrical systems and related apparatus, followed by necessary certification.
  • Conducting both planned preventive and reactive maintenance.
  • Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and quotations as needed.
  • Diagnosing electrical faults and documenting any defects.
  • Installation, maintenance, and testing of low voltage distribution systems.

Qualifications:

  • City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent qualifications.
  • NVQ & C&G certifications.
  • 17th Edition qualification.
  • C&G Inspection & Testing, along with C&G Design & Verification - preferred but not mandatory.
