We are seeking a highly experienced Freight Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Heathrow Personnel. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating projects and event logistics, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate imports and exports, managing shipments from start to finish
  • Collaborate with overseas agents and hauliers to secure the best rates
  • Handle key accounts and liaise with the finance team on billing queries
  • Manage customs entries and monitor shipments
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient operations
  • Provide excellent customer service and administrative support
Requirements:
  • Previous project experience in events and live projects
  • Strong knowledge of all modes of transport, including imports and exports
  • Outstanding knowledge of UK customs procedures and regulations
  • Project freight experience and a proven track record of success
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday
