About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on building surveying matters, including condition assessments, defect analysis, and valuation services. They will also manage and deliver complex building projects, from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with building regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on building surveying matters, including condition assessments, defect analysis, and valuation services.
  • Manage and deliver complex building projects, from inception to completion.
  • Prepare detailed reports, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Negotiate contracts and resolve disputes.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying or related field.
  • Ideally MRICS Chartered or RICS qualified.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial or industrial building surveying.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
