Role Overview:
The primary responsibility of the Automotive Bodyshop Finishing Technician is to execute the final polishing of newly painted vehicles. This role involves rectifying any paint imperfections that may arise during the painting process, including but not limited to paint runs and touch-ups. The technician will utilize a handheld polisher to achieve a flawless finish.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform final polishing on newly painted vehicles.
2. Identify and rectify paint defects effectively.
3. Utilize necessary tools and materials with proficiency.
4. Maintain high standards of quality in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess confidence in using various tools and materials essential for this role. Experience in a high-volume refurbishment center is preferred, ensuring a smooth transition into our team.

Compensation:
Competitive salary ranging from £30k to £33k, based on shift type and experience. This position offers PAYE benefits, including paid holidays and pension contributions.

Shift Availability:
Options for both day and back shifts are available.
