Job Title: Airport Sous Chef

Are you a passionate and experienced chef looking for a new challenge? Do you have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment? We're seeking a talented Airport Sous Chef to join our team at Sodexo in London Waterloo.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the kitchen team and manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of food production and delivery.
  • Develop and implement innovative menu concepts, working closely with the Head Chef to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the store team to manage food purchasing and storage, ensuring efficient inventory management and minimizing waste.
  • Ensure all food safety and health and safety management systems are maintained, adhering to Sodexo's high standards.
  • Manage the delivery of excellent food preparation and presentation, meeting Sodexo's brand standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume environment, preferably in the B&I sector.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent food safety and health and safety knowledge, with a Level 3 certification.
  • IT skills and ability to work with various software systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and profitability.
