TXM Recruit is proud to partner with an award-winning organisation on a new project in the Watford area. We are seeking experienced Multi Traders to join their expanding team, working on a long-term social housing contract.
Main Responsibilities:- Inspect jobs using a handheld device and report findings to the office for quoting purposes.
- Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trades-related repair requests.
- Perform various domestic maintenance tasks, including general property maintenance and responsive maintenance.
- Ensure the quality of work meets the highest possible standards.
- Work efficiently and cost-effectively, minimising non-productive time and reporting any difficulties to the Resource Controller and/or Supervisor.
- NVQ trade qualification(s).
- Multi trade experience.
- Full current driving licence.
- DBS check required before commencement of role.
