About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Planner to join our team in the South, working on high-profile, technically complex mechanical and electrical projects across multiple sectors.

Our client, a leading National Tier 1 M&E contractor, prides themselves on creating sustainable, inclusive, and full of opportunity places. As a Project Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring the adequacy of planning and programming within projects, providing leadership, and implementing proper management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support tender evaluation, reviewing contractor proposals, and the programme and evaluation process with your Construction/M&E experience.
  • Work with the site team and main contractor to ensure projects have fully integrated programmes sequenced correctly for successful completion.
  • Study specifications, drawings, and relevant contract documents/correspondence with engineers and surveyors to ensure planning and programming adequacy.
  • Carry out regular reporting on projects to allow the site team to understand the programme position in relation to progress.
  • Liaise with the project team to ensure progress reports, progress percentages, and drop-down programmes are produced and issued in accordance with our client's best practice, company procedures, and project requirements.
