About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SPA Administrator to join our team at HCRG Care Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients and professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide initial screening of all referrals into the Single Point of Access (SPA) from healthcare providers, patients, and other stakeholders.
  • Direct and prioritize incoming referrals to the relevant healthcare professionals and ensure accurate and timely resolution of any issues.
  • Work closely with clinical colleagues to ensure patients are efficiently directed to the correct services in line with agreed protocols.
  • Action call backs to referrers to ensure high-quality referrals and accurate information.
  • Accurately and confidentially record all referrals on various client information systems.
  • Signpost patients to relevant healthcare services and provide information on HCRG Care Group and other healthcare providers.
  • Collate, book, and send information and appointment letters to patients.
