About the Role

Blake Morgan LLP is seeking a dedicated and ambitious paralegal to join our Business Support and Insolvency Team in the Thames Valley region. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Partner and associates to support clients in all aspects of insolvency, including personal and corporate insolvency, transactional, advisory, and contentious insolvency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Support and Insolvency Team in all aspects of insolvency, including personal and corporate insolvency, transactional, advisory, and contentious insolvency.
  • Work closely with our Partner and associates to provide high-quality support to clients.
  • Develop a working knowledge of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Insolvency Rules 2016.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and other materials related to insolvency cases.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
