Administrative Advisor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administration Advisor to join our team at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust. As an Administration Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our outpatient services, providing exceptional patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with patients and Trust colleagues to ensure efficient appointment booking, cancellation, and monitoring.
- Work at the reception desk in outpatient clinics and answer the Trust's Appointment Line, handling patient queries.
- Perform general office administration duties, including opening and distributing post, emails, and routine correspondence.
- Proven experience in office duties, dealing with the public, and reception-type roles.
- Proficiency in Email, Microsoft Word, and Excel packages.
- Ability to demonstrate good communication skills, work in an organized manner, and prioritize tasks.
- Polite, approachable, and compassionate manner, with evidence of working as an active and supportive team player.
