Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement health promotion and wellbeing programmes in collaboration with the Clinical Management team.
- Develop and review audit protocols and processes to ensure effective utilisation of the audit cycle.
- Lead the planning and implementation of changes within the nursing team, enhancing the provision of services to patients.
- Support the Clinical Management team with reviewing clinical practices and responding to national policies and initiatives.
- Participate in local initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient care.
- Support and participate in shared learning within the practice.
- Liaise with the Infection Control Lead to ensure all current standards are being met.
- Delegate clinical responsibilities appropriately, ensuring safe practice and the task is within the scope of practice of the individual.
- NMC Pin
- Experience within primary care - minimum 3 years
- Desirable: Chronic Disease Management, Vaccination - adult and child, Leadership Experience
