About the Role:
Evolve Selection is collaborating with a prominent pharmacy chain that operates numerous branches throughout the UK. We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Operations Manager to oversee a branch in Folkestone on a permanent, part-time basis, totaling 30 hours per week across five days.
Branch Hours:
The pharmacy operates Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 9 pm and Sunday from 10 am to 4 pm. Flexibility is essential as early and late shifts will be required, although no Sunday shifts are involved.
Compensation & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from £44,990 to £61,861 Full Time Equivalent (£24.03 to £33.05 per hour), commensurate with experience. Our client provides a comprehensive benefits package, including:
- Annual bonus potential of up to 20% of your yearly salary.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Registered with the GPhC as a Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Pharmacy Operations Manager, your duties will include:
- Dispensing prescriptions and delivering a variety of NHS and private services while providing healthcare guidance to customers.
- Engaging actively in community support initiatives, offering advice to individuals at risk of or living with chronic conditions such as cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
- Leading, training, and developing pharmacy staff.
- Utilizing a planning system to ensure adequate staffing, ensuring that customer needs are consistently met.
