About the Role:
CBW Staffing Solutions is on the lookout for a Maintenance Fabric Specialist to execute both planned and reactive maintenance tasks within a commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
  • Perform essential fabric maintenance duties, including touch-up painting, hinge adjustments, blind installations/repairs, lock changes, and minor repairs to furniture.
  • Engage in plumbing tasks such as clearing blockages, addressing burst pipes, and servicing systems.
  • Assist with painting and decorating projects.
  • Support minor office relocations and furniture arrangements.
  • Collaborate with the contract management team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Investigate and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Provide timely updates to the helpdesk regarding maintenance job progress.
  • Conduct both technical and non-technical work as required for ongoing maintenance.
  • Ensure safety measures are adhered to by all personnel and contractors in hazardous areas.
  • Utilize relevant tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Maintain high standards of service delivery for all client assets through proactive and reactive maintenance.
  • Assist Multi-Skilled Engineers as necessary.

Requirements:
  • Ability to present trade certificates.
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial building maintenance.
  • Multi-skilled with a strong focus on communication.
