At One Nation UK, we are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing engaging visuals for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, and brochures.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement visual concepts and designs that align with our brand identity and messaging.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital communications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to our campaigns.
- Produce high-quality graphics and layouts using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Edit impactful videos that showcase our work to our donors using software such as Premier Pro, Final Cut, or Capcut.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Edit and retouch posters and videos to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Prepare and present design concepts to the Senior Graphic Designer, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary.
- Organize and coordinate regular local campaigns, fundraising/promotional events, and local community events.
- Support seasonal fundraising and marketing campaigns by assisting staff in all One Nation departments as required.
- Establish, build, and maintain relationships with key contacts, including donors, volunteers, local community leaders, schools, local groups, community centers, religious organizations, external organizations, and the public.
- Excellent networking and influencing skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
