We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Manager to lead the development of our Level 2 and Level 3 Adventure Education provision at Plumpton College.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment in Adventure and Sport topics to students studying at Level 2 and 3.
- Support students to maximize their potential and achieve their academic goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and clients to create opportunities for our students.
- Contribute to the development of the Adventure and Sport division, including planning and delivering trips and activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the effective delivery of the curriculum.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or equivalent in Outdoor Education.
- Teaching qualification or willingness to gain one.
- High levels of recent industry experience.
- Ability to build relationships with external partners and clients.
