Senior Property Manager

We are a leading provider of property management services, specialising in residential and commercial properties across the UK. As a Property Manager at Centrick, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all major works, including coordinating contractors and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet our high standards.
- Agree year-end accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar property management role, with a strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to form strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately on our IT systems, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Professional property qualification, such as a MTPI qualification, or working towards one.
