Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Exams Officer to join our team at WeDoData, a leading provider of education services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our examination processes for GCSE, BTEC A-Level, and other qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the examination process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with JCQ regulations and school policies.
  • Coordinate with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth examination operations.
  • Develop and implement effective examination procedures to minimize errors and maximize efficiency.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and staff, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Data & Exams Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance examination processes.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in managing GCSE and A-Level examinations in a school or college setting.
  • Good understanding of JCQ regulations and school policies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £30,825 per annum, plus fringe allowance of £988.
  • A term-time only +5 days contract, with a full-time equivalent salary.
