Industrial Placement Student

We are seeking an undergraduate industrial placement student to join our Product Development team at Pharmaron. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to apply your scientific knowledge and skills in a real-world setting, working on the development of investigational medicinal products.
About the RoleAs an industrial placement student, you will be responsible for supporting the formulation and manufacturing process of investigational medicinal products. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement new processes, and contribute to the GMP manufacture of products for clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of new formulations and manufacturing processes
- Contribute to the GMP manufacture of products for clinical trials
- Work closely with the formulation development and technical manufacturing teams
- Apply scientific knowledge and skills to real-world problems

Requirements- Studying towards an undergraduate degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a Chemistry related degree
- Predicted 1st or 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent)
- Strong teamwork skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Good problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Conscientious
- Well-organised and confident to work independently
