Job Overview: We are in search of a driven and skilled Internal Recruiter to enhance our HR team. The successful applicant will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and securing exceptional talent across various roles within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in stakeholder engagement, a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment process, and the capability to effectively implement diverse recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Work closely with hiring managers and department leaders to comprehend their staffing requirements and job descriptions.
    • Provide consistent updates and reports to stakeholders regarding recruitment status.
    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and streamlined hiring processes.
  2. Talent Sourcing and Attraction:
    • Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to draw in high-caliber candidates.
    • Leverage various platforms to source candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
    • Proactively develop a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  3. Candidate Management:
    • Review CVs and applications to identify qualified candidates.
    • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
    • Coordinate and arrange interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  4. Recruitment Process Oversight:
    • Oversee the complete recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
    • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment regulations.
    • Maintain accurate and current records in the applicant tracking system (ATS, Kallidus).
  5. Employer Branding:
    • Promote the organization as an employer of choice through various branding initiatives.
    • Engage in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to enhance the company's visibility and appeal to potential candidates.

Qualifications:

  • At least 12 months of experience in internal recruitment, ideally within the renewables, recycling, or construction sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience managing various stakeholders and different job titles.
  • Strong grasp of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
