Store Manager Assistant

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead and motivate our team at our welcoming Starbucks Store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the store when the Manager is not present, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and engage the team to promote sales, increase profitability, and maintain high-quality customer service.
- Assist with beverage preparation, store cleanliness, and customer service.

Requirements:
- Supervisory experience is desirable, but not essential.
