About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety/Accommodation Manager to join our team at Counter Terrorism Policing HQ. As a key member of our support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all building-related issues, including locker audits, occupancy monitoring, and accommodation moves.
  • Uphold compliance with Health and Safety legislation, policies, SLAs, and corporate standards.
  • Represent the views and position of Special Operations and CTP HQ in discussions with stakeholders, including the MPS Estates Strategy and Asset Management Plan.
  • Collaborate with the Metropolitan Police Services (MPS) Property Services to ensure seamless delivery of building-related services.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve building management and Health and Safety practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a background in Facilities and Resource Management, with a strong understanding of business support service provision, Health and Safety legislation, and building-related services. You must also be able to prioritize, manage expectations, generate solutions, and project personal credibility.
