About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team at BCN Group Ltd. As an Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of infrastructure projects with a focus on cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of infrastructure projects, including migrations to Azure Cloud services, data centre migrations, and enterprise data migrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account Managers, Pre-sales staff, and Solutions Designers, to ensure projects are clearly defined and delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining quality and control while ensuring timely delivery.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to infrastructure engineers, drawing on your project and technical experience.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience in an Infrastructure Project Manager role.
  • Good knowledge of IP Telephony solutions and infrastructure knowledge.
  • Previous experience as an Infrastructure Engineer is desirable, although not essential.
  • Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies, as well as experience of using waterfall project methodologies.
  • Ability to lead and provide guidance to infrastructure engineers, demonstrating a high level of customer service and empathy.
  • Full UK driving licence.
