Role Overview
We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Senior Credit Control Specialist within our Supported Living Income Team, prompted by team expansion. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding amounts while nurturing effective relationships with various stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include organizing and participating in monthly debt review meetings with local operations. Therefore, strong communication skills and a solid understanding of financial regulations, legislation, and best practices are crucial for success in this position.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have recent experience in a similar capacity, demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities. You should possess skills in analyzing and resolving issues effectively, along with familiarity with financial systems.
