About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our Children's Intensive Support Team in Coventry and Warwickshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist assessments and psychological interventions to children and young people with Autism and/or Learning Disability, as well as their families and carers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for children and young people with complex needs.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, as well as family therapy and consultation.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including social workers, teachers, and healthcare professionals, to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of service policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members, including psychologists and other professionals.
