Objective:
The CE&E IMI team is dedicated to crafting and delivering meaningful customer interactions for healthcare professionals and patients through cohesive engagements and solutions.
This position is integral to the Customer Experience, Content & Partnerships Excellence team within the CE&E, IMI organization. This team comprises innovative and passionate individuals focused on designing and implementing personalized and outcome-driven customer experiences, rooted in profound insights and human-centered design principles.
The Content Localization Manager will collaborate closely with the selected Agency to ensure high-quality creative adaptations of centrally developed content, guided by input from the CX Engagement & Channels team members who coordinate with various regions on the Engagement Plan for each brand.
The role also involves overseeing a process that bridges the CX Engagement & Channel Team and the Content Hub Production team, ensuring that briefs are accurately received, uploaded to the system, and managed with a clear understanding of localization requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CX Engagement & Activation Director and the Agency to comprehend the customer journey and content strategy, facilitating the Agency's creative adaptation of centrally provided assets. This may involve adapting existing content or creating channel-specific content from the ground up based on the CX Strategy & Design Master Asset narrative.
- Provide clear briefs to the Content Hub Production Team regarding content production and manage the revision cycles with the Asset Owner.
- Assist in adapting above-market content to meet local regulatory requirements, ensuring that all content is compliant and ready for market execution.
- Support the management of content tracking, demand forecasting, and prioritization processes with the Content Hub to guarantee timely execution.
- Work in conjunction with the Content Hub and the CX Activation Director to finalize the delivery of the engagement plan through localization efforts.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficient in marketing and content strategies, coupled with robust project management skills to handle multiple workflows simultaneously.
- Experience in content adaptation, either within a creative agency or on the client side.
- Strong understanding of content quality standards to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables from the Agency.
- Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Marketing Liaison Review (MLR) tools.
- Fluency in French is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape in marketing to healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrated excellence in both oral and written communication, along with project management capabilities.
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to engage and partner effectively with selected Agencies.
