About the Role: The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and evolving planning practice, delivering exceptional service to clients and landowners. The team specializes in projects across various sectors, including Tourism & Leisure, Residential, Commercial, Agricultural, Country Estate, and Strategic Land Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing planning applications
- Attend client meetings and site visits
- Draft desk-based appraisals and maintain ongoing monitoring activities
Requirements:
- RTPI-accredited degree or Master's in a related discipline
- Previous work experience, either through a work placement or current employment
- Excellent communication and client liaison skills
- Project management and report writing skills
- Understanding of the UK planning process
