About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at Morrisons Alloa. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that the store is running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure that the store is visually merchandised to the highest standard, including the Nutmeg clothing range and other products
  • Manage stock levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, to ensure that the store is operating within budget
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
