Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our Finance department at our headquarters. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the processing of supplier invoices and implementing and maintaining Continia, a cutting-edge Accounts Payable automation system.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Implement and maintain Continia, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.
- Reconcile supplier statements and maintain accurate records.
- Implement and maintain a new document management system to enhance the Accounts Payable function.
- Perform petty cash reconciliations and other duties as required to support the Finance department.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in Accounts Payable and financial management.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Navision or similar Accounting packages.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in the Office 365 suite and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
