Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our Finance department at our headquarters. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the processing of supplier invoices and implementing and maintaining Continia, a cutting-edge Accounts Payable automation system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Implement and maintain Continia, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and maintain accurate records.
  • Implement and maintain a new document management system to enhance the Accounts Payable function.
  • Perform petty cash reconciliations and other duties as required to support the Finance department.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in Accounts Payable and financial management.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Navision or similar Accounting packages.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in the Office 365 suite and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
