Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of Care Assistants, ensuring adherence to established procedures
- Develop, implement, and maintain personalized care and support plans

Ideal Candidate:
- Possesses an NVQ / QCF Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or is willing to pursue this qualification)
