As a Clinical Lead Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and management to our Physiotherapy team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have significant experience in respiratory inpatients and leadership and management experience. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive specialist physiotherapy input, including assessment and treatment programmes for patients referred to the service. You will also be responsible for supervising qualified and assistant staff, and ensuring the health, safety, and security of users of the ITS, self, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and management to the Physiotherapy team
- Develop and implement physiotherapy services and programmes
- Supervise and mentor qualified and assistant staff
- Ensure the health, safety, and security of users of the ITS, self, and colleagues
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- HCPC Registration
- Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy
- Evidence of CPD in the relevant area
- Post graduate courses in relevant area
- Member of the CSP
- Member of related special interest group
