We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our client's team in their busy Distribution Centre.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 4 to 5 Order Pickers/Warehouse Operatives, as well as carrying out general warehouse duties.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead a team of warehouse operatives to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency
  • Ensure accurate and timely order picking and dispatch
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs

**Requirements**
