We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paralegal to join our team in Leeds. As a Paralegal in Small Claims Litigation, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of small claims cases, working closely with our team of solicitors to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

About the Role:

  • Handle a caseload of small claims cases, including preparing and filing court documents, conducting research, and attending court hearings.
  • Work closely with our team of solicitors to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and laws.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Paralegal or legal assistant in a law firm or insurance company.
  • Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and laws.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
