About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Engineering Technician to join our team at our state-of-the-art automated Customer Fulfilment Centre in Erith. As an integral part of our Engineering team, you'll play a key role in delivering pre-planned and reactive maintenance, diagnosing equipment breakdowns, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Diagnose and resolve equipment breakdowns, completing repairs where possible.
  2. Handle the Computerised Maintenance Management System, maintaining accurate data records to meet Engineering KPIs.
  3. Support the Engineering team in analysing engineering failures and finding solutions to improve Mechanical Handling Equipment performance.

About You

We're looking for a highly skilled and organised individual with a strong technical background in automation hardware and software. You'll have a good working knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, and conveyor systems, and be comfortable working safely at height.
