About the Team

Our Highways Design team is expanding to meet the demands of our Major Design initiatives. We are looking for skilled professionals to contribute to the execution of significant civil engineering projects, while also facilitating infrastructure for upcoming developments.

We have multiple openings for Lead Civil Engineers. These roles are ideal for individuals seeking to advance their careers in Civil Engineering. We take pride in fostering the professional growth of our team members.

Role Responsibilities:

The Lead Civil Engineer will focus on the successful design and execution of various projects, which will include:

  • Designing and implementing engineering schemes.
  • Preparing contract documentation.
  • Overseeing highway construction projects.
  • Acting as a designer under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.

Additional Information:

This position requires travel to various sites, necessitating a valid driving license and successful completion of a driving assessment.
